Receptionist needed in Nottingham Paying £13.40 per hr ref OR24477 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Reception & Visitor Management Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, contractors, and staff. Manage visitor sign‑in processes, access passes, and general front‑of‑house enquiries. Maintain a tidy, organised, and friendly reception environment at all times. Meeting Room Coordination Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are set up accurately and on time. Arrange hospitality for meetings, including refreshments and equipment setup. Provide support to ensure smooth running of head office events. Administration & Office Support Carry out general clerical duties including copying, mailing, laminating, and filing. Maintain accurate filing systems and support document management processes. Workplace Supplies & Invoicing Order and maintain stock for workplace services, including office supplies, hospitality items, and facilities materials. Track related orders and process corresponding invoices in a timely manner. Team Support Attend team meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on agreed actions. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support workplace operations.
