We're a fast-growing company at the forefront of the eco-energy sector, delivering sustainable heating and energy solutions to homes and businesses across the region. As we expand, we're looking for a hands-on, experienced Installations Supervisor to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our install teams.
The Role
* As the Installations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating our Gas, Electrical, and General Installation teams, ensuring smooth delivery of all projects from start to finish.
* You'll act as the key point of contact between site teams and management, keeping up to date with project timelines, progress, and any potential issues, while ensuring all teams are reporting in daily and weekly.
* This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has come off the tools and is ready to take the next step into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities of the gas, electrical, and installation teams
* Track project schedules: monitor start dates, durations, and completion timelines
* Ensure all install teams are reporting in accurately on a daily and weekly basis
* Maintain communication between site teams and office staff to ensure seamless operations
* Address and resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently
* Support teams with technical knowledge and guidance where required
* Conduct site visits to assess progress and maintain high standards of work and compliance
What We're Looking For:
* Hands-on experience in installation work (Gas, Electrical, or General Installations)
* Previous supervisory or team lead experience is a strong advantage
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive problem-solver with a "get it done" attitude
* Full UK driving licence
