Eligibility
* Professor
o Non‑Specialization: Essential qualifications, experience, and other eligibility conditions as per UGC Regulations, 2018, amended as per time.
o Specialization: In addition to applicable UGC Regulations, candidates must possess a Ph.D. related to the specialization, relevant research/publications, and teaching experience in their specialization.
* Associate Professor
o Non‑Specialization: Same as above, per UGC Regulations, 2018.
o Specialization: Same specialization requirements as mentioned above.
* Assistant Professor
o Non‑Specialization: Same as above, per UGC Regulations, 2018.

Pay Matrix
* Professor: Academic Level 14, rationalized entry pay ₹1,44,200/-, 7th CPC, with other admissible allowances.
* Associate Professor: Academic Level 13A, rationalized entry pay ₹1,31,400/-, 7th CPC.
* Assistant Professor: Academic Level 10, rationalized entry pay ₹57,700/-, 7th CPC.
Other Perks & Perquisites
• Cumulative Professional Development Allowance (CPDA) of ₹4,50,000 for a block period of three years.
• Campus accommodation in lieu of HRA based on availability.
