We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Client Services team at Rawnet on a 12-month fixed-term basis, covering maternity leave. You will lead the successful delivery of digital projects for a range of clients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, working collaboratively, and making an immediate impact within a fast-paced agency environment.
What you'll be doing
* Contributing to the delivery of digital products, development and marketing projects across a diverse client portfolio
* Working closely with project teams across strategy, design, development and QA to plan and deliver projects end-to-end
* Managing your own project portfolio to meet agreed scope, budgets, timelines and quality expectations
* Communicating clearly with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring project status, risks and priorities are well understood
* Supporting teams in adopting new tools and approaches, including AI-enabled ways of working, where appropriate
* Supporting continuous improvement in project delivery, ways of working and client experience
About you
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
* Have experience in a Project Manager or similar role within a digital agency environment
* Bring strong project management skills, with experience delivering both development and marketing projects
* Are organised, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility for budgets, timelines and project outcomes
* Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and multidisciplinary teams
* Are comfortable making informed decisions, escalating where needed, and keeping projects moving in a fast-paced environment
* Care about quality, client satisfaction and building trusted working relationships
