Previous experience in a footwear manufacturing environment is essential. Experience in either Lasting, Making or Shoe Room departments is preferable. Key Responsibilities: Focus on ensuring work is to the highest levels of quality Toe Lasting Edge trimming Back part moulding Work with Supervisors to address specific quality or production problems where required. Ensuring departmental machinery and equipment is kept clear and in good working order.
