What you’ll do

* Develop and own your sales pipeline from first contact through to delivery, consistently hitting and exceeding KPIs.
* Proactively engage customers, explain the benefits of Low Carbon Technologies, and convert leads into signed contracts.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey and record feedback in our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
* Become an expert in finding customers their perfect solution to future‑prove their homes and drive energy independence.
* Be a sales advocate, showing customers why our technology is the perfect fit in a clear, jargon‑free, persuasive way.


What you’ll need

* Minimum 2 years of telesales experience in a B2C environment.
* A love of the thrill of closing deals, exceeding targets, and earning impressive commissions.
* A solution‑focused approach and resilience when overcoming objections.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline, leads, and time effectively.
* A desire to build a successful sales career and grow with us.
