We’re recruiting for a Senior Retirements Consultant to join us. We’re offering acompetitive base salary.We’re looking for a Senior Retirements Consultant to join our Defined Benefits team within PRT Client Services. 1. Administering and updating Defined Benefit Scheme data and member records
2. Handling customer claims with empathy and efficiency
3. Performing and checking manual retirement calculations
4. Supporting the team with complex queries and training
5. Leading investigations into anomalies and liaising with internal teams
6. Managing workflow and maintaining quality assurance standards
7. Promoting Treating Customers Fairly principles and pension legislation
8. Contributing to team development through training and best practice sharing
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
9. Proven experience in Defined Benefit pension schemes
10. Strong understanding of pension legislation and compliance (e.g. GDPR, Consumer Duty)
11. Ability to perform and check manual pension calculations
12. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
13. A pension qualification (e.g. CII or PMI) or equivalent experience
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
15. Commitment to delivering excellent customer outcomes
16. Ability to mentor and support team development
