ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to join the FGH Media Team working on the Freemans & Kaleidoscope Brands. The Media team is primarily responsible for media planning, budgeting, optimisation and reporting of advertising campaigns across broadcast and digital channels. It’s a fast-paced environment where you will be working alongside the team, our media agency and internal teams, to help co-ordinate a number of critical tasks, as well as be provided with the opportunity to learn on the job and get involved with new channels and projects. This role will provide on the job learning and is a stepping stone for anyone wanting to develop a career in media or digital marketing.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Provide admin support to the team, help set up and improve existing processes necessary for the smooth running of the team.
* Co-ordinating activities, ensure media invoices are reconciled and paid on time, working collaboratively to design better ways of working across other departments - ensuring they are documented and fully understood
* Support channel managers on setting campaigns live (managing critical timelines, ad previews, tagging etc)
* Ensure all critical documentation is accessible and filed methodically
* Produce contact reports and chase up on actions
* Help identify performance insights to feed into wider business reports/inform the team
* Support on new initiatives / projects as they arise
* To be committed to good outcomes for customers at all times
* To comply with FCA regulations, where applicable
* Demonstrate behaviours in line with our Company values
* To take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and other persons who may be affected by acts and omissions at work
ABOUT YOU
* 1-2 years’ experience working within a marketing role or an advertising agency
* Enthusiastic and a willingness to learn /develop new skills
* Numerate (proficient in excel/MS365, web based tools)
* Strong organisational and communications skills
* Strong project and process management skills
* Educated in Marketing, Fashion or Business Studies to A Level or Degree Level, OR have relevant experience
* Highly numerate and analytical
* High level of drive and motivation
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines with high levels of accuracy
* Well organised and able to co-ordinate across departments and third parties
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Can work individually or as part of a team
* Able to commute to Bradford city centre
