A fantastic opportunity to lead a large brigade at a stunning Grade II listed hotel set within 100 acres of parkland. We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join a well:established, branded hotel group with genuine career development.
The Venue:
* Stunning listed hotel in the South West
* 150 bedrooms, theatre, spa, and restaurant

The Role:
* Lead a brigade of up to 50 chefs across multiple kitchens
* Manage orders, food stocks, and forecasting against occupancy
* Ensure H and S standards and maintain smooth, effective service
* Create a supportive team culture and challenge standards when required
* Manage costs in line with departmental budgets
The Ideal Head Chef:
* Experience with branded menus and in branded environments
* Strong financial and budget management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
* Passionate about food, service, and team development
