A2Z Home Care is a trusted, community-based provider of domiciliary care services. Located in Watford, Hertfordshire, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, one-to-one care within a 10-mile radius, helping clients live independently in the comfort of their own homes.
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care agency. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate individual with strong leadership skills to manage a growing team and play a key role in driving the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the management and ongoing development of our home care services.
* Lead and manage the care team, including recruitment, staff training, appraisals, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
* Champion the growth of the business while tackling challenges with a proactive approach.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain the highest levels of quality and service delivery.
* Build strong working relationships with local authorities, brokerage teams, and other key stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
* Proven experience in a care management role within a domiciliary care environment.
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a forward-thinking and positive mindset.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
* Full, valid UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
