We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as required.
* Support chefs and cooks in various tasks, including cooking and plating dishes.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all utensils and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.
* Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food products are handled safely and hygienically.
* Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies when necessary.
* Participate in catering events as needed, contributing to meal preparation and service.
* Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment, reporting any maintenance issues to the head chef.
