The Employee Incentives business is part of PwC's rapidly growing Workforce practice. We are currently looking for new members of the team to help advise clients on a broad range of employee share plans and cash-based incentives. It's an exciting time to be part of our business as Workforce-related challenges are some of the biggest issues faced by employers. Coupled with this, an increased focus on employee motivation, pay, retention, and managing costs means our clients need our help. Our work covers broad aspects of employee incentives and can include:
1. Working closely with clients offering end-to-end practical solutions from plan design through to implementation;
2. Working with clients across key hot topics such as tax-favoured share plans and global rollouts;
3. Supporting global companies to meet annual incentive plan tax and legal compliance requirements across multiple countries;
4. Providing clients with support in areas they find particularly challenging, such as share plan accounting and corporate tax deductibility;
5. Supporting clients through transactional activities such as takeovers, mergers, IPOs, etc.

What your days will look like
* The role involves advising clients in various areas with support from senior team members to develop full skills;
* The client base spans all sectors including UK listed (PLC and AIM), global companies with US and other country listings, and unlisted businesses (private, equity-backed);
* The scope of the role is wide and varies depending on client needs;
* In addition to client delivery, the role includes assisting with client management, risk processes, billing, cash collection, and training junior team members.
Essential skills and experience:
* Experience in designing, tax, financial, and operational aspects of employee share plans;
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for high-quality service;
* Experience working in employee share plans, either in-house or in consultancy;
* ACA/CTA qualification or equivalent work experience, including international candidates;
* Ability to manage own time effectively;
* Ability to deliver clear, tailored advice to clients;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
