Actuarial Team Manager - up to £65,0000 12 month FTC This is a great job for someone who has an actuarial background, ideally within Life Insurance, and is ready to play an integral role in a specialist team. This role would suit someone with experience in actuarial work who enjoys learning quickly, working across a wide range of products and calculation methods, and is excited by the opportunity to manage and guide others. A bit about the job: This role exists to oversee the management and delivery of With-Profits rate reviews, helping ensure accurate, well-governed outcomes that support Aviva's customers and business. You'll join an actuarial team responsible for managing, reviewing and implementing With-Profits rates across a range of Life and Pension products. You'll be accountable for ensuring robust processes, strong audit trails, and effective controls, while planning and delivering both short-term improvements and longer-term process updates. The role also involves close collaboration with internal and third-party stakeholders and obtaining formal sign-off from the With-Profits Actuary.
