In this pivotal role, you'll: Lead and manage all site operations, ensuring safety, environmental, and financial targets are met. Champion continuous improvement and operational efficiency across a 3MT operation and a team of 100 FTE. Provide strategic insight through business intelligence initiatives, monthly review packs, and KPI monitoring. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and deliver sustainable growth. The main activities of the role involves leading, directing and managing the operational team to achieve its performance objectives. Take statutory responsibility for operations (8.1c) and ensure the highest standards of health and safety. Lead, direct, and inspire the operational team to achieve ambitious performance targets. Challenge forecasts and budgets, analyse variances, and deliver actionable insights. Produce and present monthly business review packs to senior stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Collaborate across functions to align operations with strategic priorities.
