Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Assist in maintaining ledger accounts for projects
* Support in bank and balance sheet reconciliations
* Assist in the preparation of quarterly UK project funding reports (cash flow forecasting)
* Support invoice processing and ensure alignment with approved budgets
* Assist in the preparation of annual statutory accounts with external tax accountants
* Support the review and preparation of VAT and corporate tax returns
* Assist in generating monthly project management reports
* Assist in ad-hoc reporting and variance analysis for local management requirements
* Support the finance team in bringing bookkeeping in-house onto Sage Intacct
* Perform other ad-hoc tasks as directed by management

Your Profile
* AAT qualification is preferred, not a must
* 1-3 years of professional experience in accounting (real estate sector experience is a plus)
* Familiarity with Sage Intacct
* Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
