Customer Services - Inbound Co-ordinator, Brentwood, Essex
Salary £24,000 - £27,000 per annum + Excellent company benefits
Hours 8.30 - 5 pm and 3 pm finish on a Friday
To support the Customer Services and Logistics team to ensure Customers receive an exceptional experience from Returns to Project Completion
Responsible for the returns process ensuring equipment is off-hired in a timely and accurate manner.
* Communicating with customers during the off-hire process and project closure phase, including face-to-face interaction
* To resolve challenges for customers.
* Support the Aftercare and sales team when closing projects.
* Understanding of processes and procedures
* Resolving excess material and non-rental equipment returns.
* Responsible for the maintenance of accurate records
* Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Aftercare teams
* Develop relationships with customers and key personnel
* Work with other depots to ensure that consistent approach across all locations
* Work Closely with Customer service advisers, aftercare team and Stock to provide information on equipment being returned.
Experience Required
* Proven experience within Customer Services and Administration
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in person and via the telephone
* Strong attention to details
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Competent user of MS Office and CRM systems
Salary range £24,000 - £27,000 per annum
