Are You an Experienced HGV Class 2 Driver Looking for a Stable, Permanent Role?
Due to exciting expansion of our Kent operations, The Delivery Group the UK's 4th largest mail operator is looking for motivated and reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our growing Transport team in Aylesford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised logistics business, delivering for some of the world's most prestigious blue-chip clients across London and the South East.
What You'll Be Doing
* Completing collections and deliveries to a specified run list across London & the South East
* Transporting pallets, roll cages and loose bags safely and on time
* Delivering outstanding customer service at every stop representing our brand with professionalism
* Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects or incidents promptly
* Flexibly operating both van and Class 2 HGV vehicles as required
* Supporting with warehouse duties when needed
* Adhering to all company driver behaviour guidelines and road safety standards
What We're Looking For
You'll need to bring the following to the role:
* Full HGV Class 2 licence with CPC Modules 2 & 4 (essential)
* Strong command of the English language written and verbal
* A professional, customer-focused attitude
* Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail getting it right first time
* A positive, flexible approach to working hours and changing demands
* Good initiative and a willingness to ask for support when needed
* Friendly, approachable and personable nature
