Description
As a Junior Communications Advisor, you will support the Communications team in delivering internal and external communications strategies that enhance Peninsula’s brand, reputation, and stakeholder engagement. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in corporate communications, offering hands‑on experience across media relations, content creation, digital communications, and event support.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist in drafting press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
* Support the management of social media channels, website and intranet content.
* Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports.
* Help coordinate events, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement activities.
* Maintain media contact databases and support outreach efforts.
* Provide administrative support to the Communications team.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Fluent in English and preferably business level Spanish.
* Bachelors degree, ideally in English, Journalism, Communications, or similar.
Desirable:
* Experience in communications, PR, or marketing.
* Understanding of corporate communications principles.
