Summary
Field Service Engineers may think their role is purely technical, but it is so much more than that. It’s about connecting people with what matters most. You’ll be out and about, travelling to different locations and meeting new people every day, making a real difference. No two days are the same. You might install cutting‑edge broadband in a customer’s home one day, troubleshoot an issue and keep them online the next. You’ll enjoy the freedom of working outside and experiencing real job progression. And the best part? You’ll only work four days out of seven each week. No experience? No problem – you’ll receive full training, onboarding and a dedicated mentor for ongoing guidance.
