Job Description
3. Manage, mentor, develop and inspire the wider finance team, ensuring alignment with company goals and a strong culture of high performance.
4. Oversee the maintenance of the financial ledgers and manage accounting processes in line with Group policies.
5. Responsible for overheads and liaising with cost centre owners on cost management, ensuring ownership across the business.
6. Liaise with Group Finance on Treasury, Financial Accounting and Group Reporting.
7. Full responsibility for balance sheet control and reconciliations to ensure the financial integrity of the company's management accounts and ledgers.
8. Production of year end statutory accounts and key liaison with company auditors.
9. Oversee Cash flow, debt, and debt collection. Including working with the Commercial team to drive improvements in customer contracts supporting improved debt position.
10. Continuously identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
11. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
12. Strong experience in financial control
13. Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and reporting.
14. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
15. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
16. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
