Your new role
Seeking a reliable and proactive IT Support Technician to join our Hub Operations team and ensure smooth service delivery across our IT systems and assets
What you'll need to succeed
1. Ticket Queue Management: Monitor and resolve support tickets efficiently, ensuring updates and resolutions meet contractual SLAs.
2. Asset & Inventory Control: Manage intake and dispatch of IT assets, maintain accurate inventory records, and oversee scanning of items in/out of locations.
3. Disposal Coordination: Execute disposal of IT equipment in line with environmental and contractual guidelines.
4. Hardware Triage & Repair: Diagnose and repair in-warranty hardware issues, liaising with vendors for parts and returns.
5. Locker Maintenance: Replenish IT lockers to ensure essential equipment is always available.
6. Service Improvement: Spot and escalate service issues or improvement opportunities for the Team Leader.
7. Security Clearance: Must hold an active SC Clearance.
8. Experience: Proven background in IT support or hardware repair.
