As aCarbon Emissions Options Broker, you will be responsible for supporting the emissions trading desk in executing transactions, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our emissions options book. You will work closely with senior brokers and traders, gain exposure to complex financial products, and develop deep market knowledge in the carbon emissions and environmental trading sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Trade Execution: Assist in the execution of emissions options trades in both voluntary and compliance carbon markets, including European Union Emission Trading Scheme (EU ETS) and other regional programs.
* Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and other macroeconomic factors that impact carbon and emissions markets. Use this information to provide timely and relevant insights to senior brokers and clients.
