Senior Java Developer - Remote - up to £95K

As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance core applications. Whilst overseeing multiple teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Location: South East/Remote.
Salary: up to £95,000 + + competitive benefits, depending on experience.
Requirements:
* Experience building and shipping large scale applications
* Knowledge of Java AND OR Kotlin
* A solid understanding of AWS OR GCP
* Experience with TDD and pain programming.
* Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
* Experience leading engineering decisions in a complex environment and influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of software architecture and architectural patterns, including microservices and event-driven architectures.
* CI/CD in complex environments.
* Proven track record of creating highly performance, scalable applications
* Must have leadership experience.
