Role Overview Rosewood Bespoke Joinery are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in bespoke joinery and manufacturing operations. Proven ability to lead workshop teams, drive productivity, manage complex production schedules and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Commercially aware, safety-focused, and practical in approach with a strong understanding of CAD-driven manufacture, cutting lists and continuous improvement. Planning and controlling workloads across machining, assembly, finishing and installation preparation. Managing skilled tradesmen to meet programme and quality expectations. Liaising closely with design, estimating and commercial teams to align production with contract requirements. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce bottlenecks. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, COSHH and machinery guarding standards. Overseeing procurement of materials, subcontract services and plant requirements.
