Plexus is hiring Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our rapidly growing team!

Our training programme will get you up-to-speed with recruitment and the crypto & blockchain space. You’ll be on the phones by the end of your first week.

The role:
All our recruitment consultants start as 180 delivery consultants for the first few weeks. We will train you to:
* Understand client requirements
* Find candidates through job boards and advertising
* Qualify candidates over the phone
* Manage candidates through interview and hiring
* Build a personal brand via online marketing and LinkedIn
Then, you will have the opportunity to go 360, working the full recruitment cycle, generating leads, and developing client relationships to win new business.
