About The Role Job Title: Apprentice Site Administrator REPORTING TO: Site Administrator DIVISION: Building North LOCATION: Belfast CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent Job Summary As the GRAHAM business continues to grow, we wish to employ an enthusiastic Apprentice Site Administrator to provide administration/clerical support to the Construction team. The Apprentice Site Administrator will be responsible for day to day administrative/clerical duties, supporting the Site Administrator, Project manager and Site Team as directed. Job Description Provide clerical support to the Construction team including typing, word processing, photocopying, data-entry, filing. Management of hospitality for meetings as required. Maintain filing and administrative systems operating in the project. Using in-house data management systems (Sharepoint) to file all site paperwork. Photocopying & filing. Typing as and when required. Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from the Site Management Team. This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged for the Trainee Site Administrator and the range of duties to be undertaken. It does not attempt to detail every activity. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder at regular intervals in agreement with the Trainee Site Administrator. Personal Specification Technical Competencies Essential Willingness to learn - no experience necessary all training will be provided. Good Communication Skills. Possess good IT skills. Be a good team player. Desirable: Attention to details. Time management. Qualifications: The successful candidate will under-take a Modern Apprenticeship qualification, gaining an SVQ Level 2 in Business Administration.
