What youll do
* Lead the design process end-to-end—from conceptualization to facilitating meetings and workshops, engaging with subject matter experts and sourcing valuable customer insights.
* Design and enhance our public website by applying a strong blend of content design and product design skills to create engaging and user-friendly experiences.
* Manage and contribute to initiatives within a specific value stream, ensuring seamless progress across the customers end-to-end lifecycle.
* Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team—including product managers, content designers, data analysts, UX researchers, and scrum teams—to deliver integrated solutions.
* Understand customer needs and desires, and collaborate with fellow designers to solve problems and create intuitive, effective user experiences.
What you bring
* Previous experience as a copywriter or content designer.
* Proven experience as a UX Product Designer within asset management.
* Strong problem‑solving abilities with a creative and analytical approach to design challenges.
