Job Title: 1:1 Primary Support Assistant

We are seeking a 1:1 Support Assistant for a primary school in Bridlington. You will work directly with a pupil who requires additional guidance, offering encouragement, routine and tailored academic support throughout the school day.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide 1:1 support during lessons, interventions and transitions.
Offer consistent emotional support and reassurance.
Assist with adapted tasks and personalised learning activities.
Work closely with the class teacher to monitor progress and needs.
Support a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
