Responsibilities
* Implement new processes and procedures to modernise the department.
* Automate requisition flows and integrate data with the ERP/MRP system to reduce admin tasks.
* Raise purchase orders for items ranging from small components to large project spends.
* Develop a supplier scorecard system using data for PPM reporting and supplier performance analysis.
Qualifications
* Exceptional relationship management skills with internal departments and external global suppliers.
* Effective communicator capable of navigating complex negotiations and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* Minimum 5 years' experience within Motorsport, Aerospace, or Automotive manufacturing environments.
* Deep understanding of purchasing, inventory and logistics tailored to motorsport demands.
* Flexibility to manage fluctuating workloads and thrive under high‑pressure deadlines.
* Results‑oriented problem solver who remains calm under pressure and delivers outcomes.
