Working Hours:Monday Friday

As the Service Performance & Supplier Management you will be responsible for collecting managing and analysing data to report oninternal and contractual performance against KPIs and SLAs. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues in the DT&D Business Management Team to engage with third party companies that HES Digital Transformation and Delivery (DT&D) have active contracts with to review performance provide feedback that has been shared and escalate issues that may have occurred.

Key Responsibilities of this role

* Being responsible for the contract compliance and delivery of value for money by providers
* Work with DT&D operations teams and key Suppliers to identify and manage service improvement activities in a proactive way.
* Proactively engage with and build strong partnership relationships with Delivery Organisations.
* Engage with all areas of HES DT&D to understand the full scope of contract engagement with third party organisations
* Work with colleagues in HES and third party organisations to identify cost and delivery efficiencies and how these could be achieved.

Key requirements of the role:

Essential:

* Experience in engaging with third party suppliers within a technical department
* Background in DT&D delivery with experience across a range of DT&D capabilities. Service delivery experience essential
* Working knowledge of ITIL aligned service management preferably qualified to ITIL Foundation as a minimum
* Demonstrate strong analytical skills sound judgement and clear decisionmaking in pressured crisis situations
* Demonstrable success in communicating with business colleagues in particular with the ability to communicate complex DT&D and technical information in ways that nontechnical colleagues understand
* Ability to understand data spot trend and prepare reports to allow for creation of monthly reporting packs following service review meetings
