We are seeking an Assistant Manager to take full ownership of the Andover store for our client. As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the running of the store - leading your team, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager:
* Overseeing stock sourcing, preparation, and visual merchandising
* Driving stock donations and building strong community connections
* Leading and developing a diverse team of staff and volunteers
* Managing cash handling, banking and financial reporting
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
* Delivering excellent customer service and cultivating a welcoming store environment
About You:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Assistant Manager with a background in retail. You'll be confident managing a team, commercially focused, and enjoy creating a positive store culture where people are motivated to deliver their best every day.
To be successful, you'll:
* Have experience working within retail management
* Ideally have managed a store with a large footprint
