What does this role involve?
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for your store's performance, maximizing sales through physical and digital channels, and achieving store targets by leading an inclusive and diverse team that embodies the BHF values.
Each day is different in this varied, fast-paced, and hands-on role. Due to the volume of donations, it can be physically demanding at times, but it is also highly rewarding as you contribute to funding life-saving research.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in a customer-facing role in retail, hospitality, or service industry
* Experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams
* Ability to achieve sales targets
* Commitment to maintaining high retail standards
* Ability to work proactively and adapt to changing business needs
* Thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
* Understanding of budgets and P&L
Our stores operate 7 days a week, requiring flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
