Corporate Associate (3–6 PQE)

A leading international law firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Associate (3–6 PQE) to join its top-tier Corporate team in Manchester.
The team is widely recognised as one of the most active corporate practices in the North West, regularly advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions for corporates, private equity houses and investment banks.
The Role
This position offers exposure to a broad range of high-value corporate transactions, including:
* Private and public M&A, both UK and cross-border
* Private equity investments and exits
* Equity capital markets transactions, including AIM and Main Market matters
* Joint ventures and strategic investments
You will play a key role in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing workstreams and coordinating multi-jurisdictional deals from instruction through to completion.
The role also offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and participate in business development and client relationship management.

The Candidate
* Qualified solicitor with 3–6 years' PQE in corporate law
* Experience in M&A, private equity or capital markets transactions
* Training gained at a national, City or international law firm
* Strong drafting and transaction management skills
* Commercial mindset and enthusiasm for client development
