This is a field-based role working remotely, you'll play a key role in growing sales of our KronoOriginal laminate flooring products across Australia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong, lasting customer relationships and working as part of a supportive, inclusive team.
The Role:
•Plan and manage sales activities in line with budgets
•Prepare commercial offers and negotiate fair, sustainable partnerships
•Build new customer connections while strengthening existing ones
•Deliver excellent customer service and follow up with care
•Monitor market trends and competitor activity
•Track results, share insights, and stay connected with colleagues.
Requirements
•At least 2 years of proven business development experience in the flooring, wood panel, or construction materials industries
•Experience selling to distribution and construction/building materials sectors
•Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
•A collaborative, goal-oriented mindset
•Confidence with Microsoft Office tools
