We are currently preparing for Local Government Reorganisation (LGR), a significant programme of change that will shape how local services are delivered in the years ahead.
We are recruiting to this role to ensure we have the capacity, capability and leadership in place to support managers and employees through this change, while maintaining high standards of service, consistency and employee experience throughout the transition period.
About the role:
Please note: this is a hybrid role which requires a minimum of 40% in-person attendance at Exeter City Council sites.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join our team as HR Advisor Team Leader on a fixed term basis until 28 March 2028. This role has become available following the successful appointment of the current postholder into another position and comes at a critical time as the organisation prepares for Local Government Reorganisation (LGR).
