Assistant Bar Manager Los Mochis City
£45,000 per annum (inclusive of tronc) + Excess Monthly Tronc on-top.
Los Mochis City is seeking an outstanding Assistant Bar Manager to support our flagship restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street.
As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurant's smooth operation and success. You will be responsible for assisting the bar manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering exceptional guest and team experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Train, supervise, and motivate a team of bartenders, ensuring they adhere to company policies and deliver exceptional customer service.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive cocktail menu, incorporating innovative and trending drink recipes.
Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking of bar supplies, beverages, and ingredients. Monitor and control costs, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and techniques, and implement them to enhance the bar's offerings.
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure consistent quality and service standards.

Requirements/skills:
Proven work experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume, upscale establishment.
In-depth knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and industry best practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and staff.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Proficient in using bar management software and point-of-sale systems.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in mixology or bartending.
Previous experience in a high-end or luxury bar or restaurant.
Familiarity with local and international spirits, wines, and craft beers.
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
