Job Description:
The responsibilities for this position would focus on the overall student experience in the PHC living-learning community – including a first-year experience, regular programming for community-building, and orientation events. This is integral to the mission of the College. The position will design and coordinate a variety of programs and events that promote community, engagement, and personal development among Honors students. Minimum Qualifications:
1. Considerable knowledge of effective customer service and problem resolution techniques.
2. Demonstrated ability to build rapport with prospects, students, and customers and to provide timely, accurate information.
