Finance / Admin Support
? Location: Shaw
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
? Pay: £12.76 per hour
? Contract: Temporary
We’re looking for a proactive Finance/Admin Support professional to join our client and help keep their finance operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day financial transactions, data entry, and reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end processes
Maintain accurate financial records and administrative files
Process invoices and purchase orders
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
General administrative support to the finance departmentRequirements:
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Experience with PS Financials is a bonus, but not essential
