Sponge is hiring for a 1-year fixed-term contract to cover maternity.
This hybrid role is 25 hours per week, ideally spread across 5 days, attending the office on 2-3 of these days per week. You will provide dual support across the organisation, delivering both high-quality executive assistance to senior leaders and effective administrative support where required.

Job Requirements
* Proven experience in administrative or EA/PA roles, ideally with exposure to HR processes.
* Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR systems or databases.
* Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
Job Responsibilities
* Provide executive support including diary, travel, inbox, and meeting coordination for senior leaders (CEO, HRD and FD).
* Manage employee lifecycle administration: onboarding, changes, leavers, contracts, and record-keeping.
* Coordinate HR documentation and respond to People Team inbox queries.
* Prepare and maintain reports, board materials, internal communications, and events.
* Support compliance activities across HR and office functions, including data protection and health and safety.
