Role Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients across multiple industries
* Plan, supervise, and review audit, accounts, and corporation tax work for your portfolio
* Develop strong, long-term client relationships and ensure expectations are met and exceeded
* Coordinate advisory projects and collaborate with other departments on cross-service matters
* Oversee and mentor a team of audit staff, providing technical support and facilitating professional development
* Take responsibility for portfolio management, including setting budgets, billing, and monitoring profitability
* Contribute to the evolution of the audit and assurance offering, supporting technical updates and exploring new business opportunities
* Work directly with Partners and Directors to enhance client delivery and plan for regulatory changes

Candidate Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualification, with at least 5 years post-qualified experience in an accountancy practice
* Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
* Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Well-rounded IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
* A natural interest in the growth of the business, with ideas for improving processes and adding value to clients
