Responsibilities: Ensure 24/7 availability, performance, and reliability of TIBCO BW and BWCE platforms in production BFSI environments. Lead production support, major incident management, and root cause analysis for mission-critical integrations. Apply SRE principles such as SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to improve platform resilience and reduce operational risk. Build and manage Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, rollback, and release of BW applications. Drive proactive monitoring and alerting for BW services and dependent components to meet BFSI SLAs. Govern change and release management processes in line with BFSI regulatory and audit requirements. Collaborate closely with development teams to design secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant integration solutions. Lead and participate in on-call or shift-based support models while mentoring BW SRE and support engineers. Promote automation, standardization, and operational excellence across the platform landscape.
