A top 30 global law firm are seeking an Employment lawyer to join their highly regarded Employment team in their Birmingham office.
Role
In this role the successful candidate will be part of one of the country’s best recognised and most experienced employment & reward teams covering the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and Australia.
Candidates will be expected to be able to demonstrate at interview that they have:
* A minimum of two years employment law experience in a commercial practice having built up technical and market knowledge
* Experience of dealing with strategic employment law advice, complex employment tribunal claims, cross-border issues, restructuring and redundancy, complex grievances at a senior level
* Experience in discrimination and whistle blowing complaints and senior executive/board room issues
* A strong academic background and technically strong
* Commercial awareness and an understanding of how a large international firm operates.
The role may also involve high value and High Court litigation so experience in this area will be an advantage.
You
This role would suit candidates with 2-7 years + PQE in Employment law from a well-regarded firm.
