In the role you will ensure client needs are met and will help prepare, manage, implement and achieve business goals.You will act as a dedicated contact overseeing all aspects of your client's insurance management, to ensure clients obtain appropriate cover for their risk.Key Responsibilities:Strengthen effective long-term relationships with key clients.Take a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery toclients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.Work to implement successful account retention and defence strategies to ensurebusiness is retained.Where appropriate, provide support to the client and/or claims teams in dealing with clientclaims.Actively participate in your own personal development and support in the development of other team members.Support identifying improvements to operational processes & procedures to the benefit ofour clients & colleagues.Develop and strengthens meaningful working relationships with key underwriters throughregular contact, to better serve clients.Possess a thorough understanding of all major classes of commercial insurance whichthe business offers to its clients and keep abreast of all new technical and productdevelopments to better advise professional colleagues and clients.Experience & Attributes:Substantial experience working in the Commercial Insurance industryGood academic recordKnowledge of FCA requirements and standardsExperience using Acturis is highly desirableExcellent customer service, organisational & time management skillsGood understanding of MS OfficeSelf-motivator & accountableGood team playerWhy Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits packageFlexible working and holiday optionsPension, enhanced parental leave, and life insuranceDiscounts on technology, travel, and leisureLearning and development opportunitiesVolunteering and charity support daysJoin a company that values innovation, growth, and its people.
