The Opportunity
We’re hiring a sharp, driven Talent Partner to support one of our clients in scaling their field sales team across the US. You’ll be embedded via The Rec Hub, working remotely to deliver high-volume recruitment of sales professionals selling Point of Sale (POS) solutions into businesses.
This is a strategic, fast-paced role where creativity, curiosity, and a high-performance mindset are key.
What You’ll Do
* Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume field sales roles.
* Source and engage top talent with POS/B2B sales experience.
* Partner with stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and deliver results.
* Provide market insights and ensure a standout candidate experience.
