DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Quality System Specialist to join our team in Daventry, United Kingdom, specialising in Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement.
This is a permanent role, working mostly onsite Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
In this role, you will make an impact by:
1. Conducting internal audits across Quality Management Systems (QMS), manufacturing processes, and products to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and continual improvement.
2. Leading initiatives to drive process excellence, applying a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving and corrective action.
3. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment on quality objectives and compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
4. Managing and maintaining audit schedules, documentation, and records to ensure audit readiness and traceability.
5. Delivering training on QMS principles, AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA), and root cause analysis methodologies.
6. Analysing quality and audit data to generate meaningful reports that guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
7. Supporting the documentation, review, and improvement of key business processes to strengthen overall system performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Qualifications:
13. Associate degree or equivalent business experience.
14. IATF 16949 + ISO 9001 Internal Auditor trained.
15. Six Sigma Green Belt would be beneficial.
16. AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA) trained.
17. Fluent in English, both written and oral.
