* Providing policies, processes and advice on all key HR issues to line Managers
* Administering recruitment process, placing advertisements and sifting CV’s received
* Sending out invitations for interviews and issuing offer/rejection letters
* Managing compliance issues and obtaining right to work in the UK documentation
* Obtaining references for new employees and conducting DBS checks
* Maintaining staff records and recording details of sickness and holiday absences
