Senior Relationship Manager – Nature, Food & Resource
Triodos Bank, a certified B Corporation and one of Europe's leading sustainable banks, is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager – Nature, Food & Resource to drive business banking growth across the UK. About the Role:
Lead the development of new and existing client relationships, with a focus on nature-based, agricultural, food, and resource sectors. You'll have considerable autonomy, hybrid working flexibility, and regular client engagement across the UK, with access to Bristol, London, and Edinburgh offices as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Originate and assess commercial lending opportunities, presenting credit proposals
Build and manage client portfolios (£1m–£20m borrowing), balancing risk and growth
Promote Triodos Bank's lending solutions, events, and campaigns
Develop networks with professional business introducers
Advance bank policy and strategy in specialist sectors
Prepare and negotiate loan terms for complex, high-profile customers
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings, including UK travel and occasional trips to Europe
About You:
You bring substantial commercial lending experience and excel at managing client relationships. You're adept at complex credit proposals, with a keen interest in nature, food, and resource sectors. You thrive in a values-led environment, communicate effectively, and enjoy mentoring others. Willingness to travel is essential.
