We are seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Business Analyst to join a leading Investment Bank on a long-term contract engagement. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the onboarding and integration of third-party corporate actions platforms while driving process and technology improvements across the corporate actions landscape

Key Responsibiliti

• esSupport the onboarding and integration of third-party corporate actions platforms and vendor
• s.Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements across the corporate actions domai
• n.Work closely with Business, Operations, Architecture, and Engineering teams to define target operating models, system workflows, and integration requirement
• s.Document current-state and future-state processes across corporate actions operations and supporting technology platform
• s.Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive requirements through to successful deliver
• y.Support system integration initiatives, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical solution

Required Experie

• nceProven experience as a Business Analyst within Investment Banki
• ng.Strong knowledge of Corporate Actions processes, lifecycle events, and operatio
• ns.Extensive understanding of middleware, system interfaces, data flows, and integration process
• es.Hands-on experience working with corporate actions platforms such as GLOSS, Murex, Bloomberg, or similar vendor solutio
• ns.Experience supporting the implementation, onboarding, integration, or enhancement of third-party corporate actions syste
• ms.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Business, Operations, Technology, and Vendor tea
• ms.Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation capabiliti
• es.Strong SQL skills with the ability to perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validati

on.
