The Governors & Headteacher of St Anne's are seeking to appoint an Office Administrator to work in our busy school office.
We are looking for an energetic, committed, and caring individual with excellent communication skills who will contribute to our school’s journey, maintain high standards, and work collaboratively with staff and parents to support student wellbeing.
The role will include the following duties:
* Undertake reception duties, answer telephone and face-to-face enquiries.
* Control and monitor entry to the school, including visitor signing-in and safeguarding procedures.
* Manage administration tasks such as correspondence, procedures, and completing complex forms and returns internally and to outside agencies.
* Process attendance data, liaising with staff and parents as needed.
* Support colleagues as part of a team and contribute to the school's vision and ethos.
About the Candidate
We seek an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with experience working successfully in a school office environment, including working directly with parents, children, staff, and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, demonstrate a collaborative approach focused on improvement, and support the school's values and objectives.
Your organisational skills and positive attitude will make a significant impact as part of a supportive team.
You should have good interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office and Arbor is required.
