Main duties of the job
To work as part of a Community integrated Nursing in the Community undertaking nursing duties in patients homes, clinics and health centres.
Assists the Nurse in Charge in the co-ordination and delivery of care to patients in their own homes or in treatment room, in line with District Nursing Strategy nationally and locally.
